Esplanade Gardens Inc. is an 1872-unit development comprising of six buildings with one, two-and three-bedroom apartments with and without terraces as well as four (4) commercial spaces including a Pharmacy, Assemblyman office, Dry Cleaners and Supermarket.
Our amenities include a private courtyard, playgrounds, two community rooms, an outdoor pool, parking and storage spaces for our shareholders. We also have 24-hour security, a security officer is stationed in each building lobby. We have a fully staffed maintenance department to perform necessary repairs and maintain the cleanliness of our buildings.
Opened in 1967, Esplanade Gardens Inc. is a Co-op that houses moderate to middle-income families. As a Mitchell-Lama Co-op, we aim to provide affordable cooperative housing to these families. You will feel safe and at home with our 24-hour security and outdoor amenities.
Esplanade Gardens Inc. is a Mitchell-Lama Housing supervised by The City of New York Housing Preservation & Development (HPD). The Board of Directors (fellow shareholders) oversee and supervise the activities of the organization. As a housing development that opened in 1967, it has housed 1,872 families with 24/7 security and good amenities.
