The project is substantially complete, but work will continue into 2023.

Stop Work Order issued by NYC Buildings Dept. from complaints generated through NYC 311 causes delays in the completion of necessary capital improvements to our infrastructure. Delays can compound and cause serious impact to our residents comfort of life. Management Office
The management office located in Building #2 restoration is anticipated to be completed first quarter of 2023.
North Community Room
The North Community room is complete with operational HVAC.
South Community Room
The South Community Room work is in progress, with steam repair and subsequent restoration which is anticipated to be complete by the end of this year.
Parking Lot Paving
Asphalt paving is complete at Building #4
Pool
The pool is in progress and scheduled to be complete this coming summer.
The lobby store front and doors will be installed in January after the
New Year.
The façade and balconies are complete, and the team is working on
closing out the local law filing and will remove the sidewalk bridge after the New
Year.
The roof is complete.
The lobby entrance transom glass will be installed after the New Year.
